What is that lightbulb I see on different photo set pages do?

Solution

Click the light bulb and it will make the background black to make for a better viewing experience when in dark or dimly lit rooms.

Want this to be permanent? Once logged in click on account>settings and there is an option to save the lights to be on or off.
