Q : When are the sites updated? [Top]
A : Each ATKINGDOM site has a unique update schedule. Here is a schedule for each site:

  • ATK Galleria is updated 6 times per week. (Monday - Saturday)
  • ATK Natural & Hairy is updated 7 days per week. (Everyday)
  • ATK Exotics is updated 6 days per week. (Tuesday – Sunday)
  • ATK Premium is updated 6 days per week. (Monday – Saturday) with 1-2 full length movies per day.
  • ATK Archives is updated 5 days per week. (Tuesday - Saturday)
  • ATK Lounge is updated once a month.

Q : Will my name and email address ever be given out to other companies? [Top]
A : No. ATKINGDOM has always had a policy that we will never sell, trade or otherwise distribute in any manner the names and email addresses of our subscribers. We do NOT support or condone the use of SPAM in any form or fashion.

  • Note: If you are using a FREE e-mail account (For example: Yahoo or Hotmail), you are highly targeted by companies that send out unsolicited bulk e-mail. These companies are in no way affiliated with ATKINGDOM nor do we provide them with any information.

Q : Never? [Top]
A : Never. We do not even email you about our own sites. However, we do have the Newsletter from ATK Lounge, which we encourage you to join to get special sneak-peek and exclusive content that will appear on the sites or on ATK Lounge at a later time. The Newsletter is optional and you can remove yourself at any time. To join the ATK Newsletter, click here.

Q : Can I contact a model?
Will you send my information to a model?

A : No. Under no circumstances will model contact information be provided to any person, any company or any photographer. We also will not provide your information to any models for any reason. All requests for model information will be declined. Please respect the models privacy.

A : We welcome inquiries from photographers interested in shooting for one or more of our sites. Experience shooting adult content is a major plus. While we do not expect every person to be a professional, we do expect a very high level of experience and ability as well as the willingness to accept feedback.

Q : My membership has ended but I didn't cancel this, why? [Top]
A : There are a few reasons why your card could be refused even if you did not choose to cancel:

  • Your Credit Card may have expired or will expire soon. If you have been issued a new card with a new expiration date, simply click here to join again with the new card.
  • Your Credit Card exceeded the credit limit at the time of renewal.
  • Your bank account had insufficient funds at the time of renewal.
  • You may have refused to pay, or may have charged back a membership in the past.

A: Please direct all billing questions to the billing provider. For faster service, please contact the biller direct by phone. You can locate their phone numbers here:

You may also submit your request for assistance via the billing company website if you do not wish to call. You may also cancel your membership rebilling direct with the billing providers as well.

A : Unfortunately no, we do not accept Paypal or any type of wire/bank transfer.

A : ATKINGDOM currently accepts these payment types:

  • Debit Card (ccBill, Epoch.com)
  • Electronic Check payment (ccBill, Epoch.com)
  • 1-900 Billing (ccBill)
  • Euro Debit (2000Charge)
  • Mail-In membership

Q : How will the charge appear on my credit card or bank statement? [Top]
A : ATKINGDOM uses several different billing processors: ccBill, Epoch.com, and 2000Charge. Depending on who you joined through, your billing statement will show one of the following:

  • If you joined through ccBill, charges would appear as "www.ccbill.com". Some banks give a different variation, but the keyword of "ccBill" will be listed on your credit card.
  • If you joined through Epoch.com, charges would have appeared on your statement as "Epoch.com".
  • If you joined by 2000Charge, you may see "Eurodebit" or "2000Charge"

Q : I tried signing up and my credit card was refused even though I know that I have a valid card! Why did this happen? [Top]
A : There are a few reasons why your card could be denied even if it is a valid card:

We are using a transaction processing company called Credit Card Billing Company (ccBill) to handle the credit card verification. As part of their service, ccBill maintains a negative credit card database. This database consists of cards that were either lost, stolen, used fraudulently, or have been refunded for a purchase made online for a company that ccBill handles. If your credit card has made it to this list, ccBill will not accept your credit card. However, if you believe this to be a mistake, and your credit card is in good order, please try again:

Other possible reasons are: Incorrect billing address, Insufficient funds, exceeding your credit limit, refusing to pay an online fee or charging back a membership in the past.

Q : How often will I be charged? [Top]
A : This depends on the membership option you selected when you joined. Here is a guide:

Credit Cards and On-line checks are the only accounts that offer recurring memberships. This means that the membership will continue to bill you every 30, 60 or 90 days depending on the membership term you selected. You can cancel recurring billing at any time by clicking here.

Web900 accounts are a one time charge for 30 days. This is the only membership that is not recurring and therefore does not require cancellation. The membership will expire itself after 30 days.

If you mail-in your membership, the membership will be active for the amount of time that you purchased.

Q : I do not want to send my billing information online. Are there other ways to become a member? [Top]
A : Yes, we accept cash and money orders in addition to online checks and credit cards. Simply print, complete, and mail the appropriate form for the site you wish to join:

Q : If I join by 1-900, is the billing recurring? [Top]
A : No, the 1-900 option is not a recurring membership. You must fill out the membership form and call again in order to get your membership renewed.

Q : How can I change my credit card type, or my billing information or email address? [Top]
A : In order to make updates you would need to cancel your membership and activate a new one with the current information. We cannot make changes to the name on the membership, the email address, the credit card type or number/checking account number, address or expiration date. You must cancel first then rejoin the site.

Please Note: If you have a special rate from an older subscription, you will only be able to join the site or sites at the rates published on our sites for new memberships.

Q : Will I be notified if my subscription expires? [Top]
A : No, at this time, Epoch.com and 2000Charge Billing do not notify you if your card or membership expires. However ccBill will email you the day before the end of your membership if you have cancelled this with ccBill as a reminder that your membership ends the end of the next day.
