Q : I just joined, but my username and password don't work, what’s the problem? [Top]
A : There are a few steps to ensure your membership was processed correctly. Please follow the list to ensure you have completed the membership process.
- Step 1- Check your email. If your membership was processed and approved by ccBill, Paycom or OPS, you will receive a welcome email confirming your membership. If you did not receive an email, please check your financial institution to ensure you where charged for your membership. If you have received the email, go to step 2. If you did not receive an email and you were not charged, you will need to sign up again since the membership was not completed. If you would like us to verify if you have an active membership ccBill, Paycom, iBill or OPS, click here. Please explain in the extra text area that you would like us to confirm a membership.
- Step 2- Wait the recommended 10 minutes to ensure your information was entered into our system and is active. If you have waited the full 10 minutes and are still unable to access the site you joined, click here. Please explain in the text area that you waited the 10 minutes and still could not access the site.
- Step 3- Check your username and password this information is cAse spEciFic. Please ensure you are using the correct username and password for the site you joined. If you still have access problems, click here. Your membership is good only for the site you joined. However you do get access free to ATK Lounge. For more details, click here.
Q : I forgot my username and/or password. How do I get this information? [Top]
A : You will need to provide us your first and last name, and the email address you started your membership with. Your username and password will be mailed to you after you verify the details on your subscription.

Q : I can't access the site? Why not? [Top]
A : First, if you are seeing an error message about abuse or others using your password and username, click here.
- If you have just joined our site and are unable to access the site you joined, click here.
- If you are an existing member now unable to access the site you subscribed to, please verify that your account is still active with ccBill, Paycom, or 2000Charge/EU Debit.
If your account is no longer active, you will need to join the site again, click here.
If your account is active, please ensure your username and password is correct. Please remember your username and password is CaSE spECIfic. If you still have trouble, click here.
Q : I keep getting an error saying my account has been blocked for abuse? Why? [Top]
A : Our security system monitors every member to prevent fraudulent access. While this may not be the case in every instance, if the security system finds suspicious access from a high amount of geographical locations, your account is blocked until released. If you have been the target of a hacker, your username and password will be changed. To have your membership released, you will need to contact us, click here.
Q : Why was my IP blocked? [Top]
A : IP addresses are only blocked from too many tries with the wrong username and/or password. If you are unsure of your username and password, click here.
Q : I am a member but my username and password give me an error when I try to log in, why? [Top]
A : If you have previously been able to log into the site and can no longer do so, the problem may be one of the following reasons:
- Your username was entered incorrectly too many times. You have to enter the username and password EXACTLY as you entered them when you signed up. The server is cAsE spEcifiFic, and upper and lower case must be correct or the login will be rejected. For details, click here.
- Your membership has expired. This can happen because either your credit card has expired, a rebilling attempt failed or insufficient funds or credit availability. You will need to contact your financial institution for resolution. However you can join the site again, just click here.
- Your login was disabled by our security system for "abuse". For details, click here.
Q : I just joined by ccBill 1-900 and I'm having trouble with the site, what happened? [Top]
A : Please verify your membership is active with ccBill. To do so, click here. Any 1-900 billing questions for active members, click here. ccBill accounts that are no longer active, click here.
Q : Why do I always get prompted from a username and password when trying to view the movie clips? [Top]
A : Saving the movie file to your computer should eliminate the need to input your username/password to view each movie clip.
- On a Windows based machine, you can save the movie files by “right clicking” with your mouse while over the desired link to the movie clip. When the menu appears select “Save Target As” and save the file to the desired location on your computer. You will then be able to play the clip directly from your computer instead of streaming the clip from the site.
- On a Mac OS based machine with Internet Explorer, you can usually click and hold the link to the movie file then drag it to the desired location. In Netscape, you can Control+Click and then select "Save Link As" to download the movie file.
Q : I can access the site I joined, but I can't get into the movie section, why not? [Top]
A : In ATK Archives, the movie section is hosted on a different server and sometimes takes up to 10 minutes to be accessible for new members. If you have waited ten minutes, please clear your cache and exit your browser. Then log in to the site and try again. Your username and password is the same for the movie section. If you have tried this or are an existing customer and still have trouble, click here. All other sites have integrated servers without seperate login for the movie section.
Q : Why do I have to enter my password again for the movies section? [Top]
A : In ATK Archives, the movie section is hosted on a different server. For your protection we require you log into that server also. The username and password is the same as your site login. All other sites have integrated servers without seperate login for the movie section.
Q : What is the password for the movie section? [Top]
A : In ATK Archives, the login for the movie section is the same username and password you used to access the site. If you're having problems with accessing the movies, click here. All other sites have integrated servers without seperate login for the movie section.
Q : I joined one site, how come my username and password don't work for all the sites? [Top]
A : With ATKINGDOM, each website requires a separate membership. If, for example, you joined ATK Galleria and you wish to also access ATK Premium, you must join ATK Premium as you did ATK Galleria. All ATK website memberships do come with a FREE membership to ATK Lounge, our online adult entertainment magazine. The members area of the ATK Lounge is for ATK members only, if you are a member of any site- use your existing username and password.
Q : My membership has ended but I didn't cancel this, why? [Top]
A : There are a few reasons why your card could be refused even if you did not choose to cancel:
- Your Credit Card may have expired or will expire soon. If you have been issued a new card with a new expiration date, simply click here to join again with the new card.
- Your Credit Card exceeded the credit limit at the time of renewal.
- Your bank account had insufficient funds at the time of renewal.
- You may have refused to pay, or may have charged back a membership in the past.

A : We answer all email that relates to billing and technical problems usually within 24 hours. Answers to emails relating to other issues may take a little longer as they are forwarded to the appropriate parties, however if there is a delay, we will still reply to you.
